Hello everyone,I haven't written in forever...I say that every time I blog, don't I, lol, well just apologizing...sorry.    Wow it's cold outside, I hate it, wish it was spring, flowers, birds (that don't look like there freezing to death) warm rain, and the subject I'm least looking forward to...gardening...the one thing I appreciate or love about winter is the absence of garden work, now I'm working my way into a complete new subject then what I was planning to write about, whatever it was.         Here is a funny picture my big brother Nathanial drew, it's supposed to be a frog crawling up a window. I know I'm really boring and I should write more (mama) but mostly its because I don't know what to write...if you have any brainy ideas please tell. sincerely,  the boring blogger lol

  We have had a very busy summer (my last post was just the tip of the iceberg) I will begin with the Root Cellar, which we began in Oct. sometime,it was the hardest thing i can remember ever doing,I'll start at the beginning.  It was springtime 2013 when mama and papa started talking about our root cellar project, and to us kids it sounded they where planing the end of the world, literally, so they went online and researched to find the best way of building it, the results where to build the cellar out of used onion bags, so they ordered about a thousand of them (all had to be filled with dirt) they had planed at first to fill the bags with the track-hoe, but we ended up filling them all by hand (the worst part) while papa did some other stuff that needed to be done around the farm with the track-hoe: take out dead trees, move dirt...etc...etc.   Papa dug a big hole in the side of the hill where we had planed it. ♠ WOW!!!! its been such a long time since I've written , and i don't know what to write,it's hard to write anything interesting during the winter:lots of snow...cold ...sledding...sick-of winter-...can't wait till march... ug it's snowing again... But really snow can be fun at times. We got lots of snow this year- at least compared to last year- lots of my friends are like '' seriously Abiga il winter isn't your favorite time of year''and i always repl y ''NO'' o.k.back to the subject, sorry page viewers I seriously need to write more often ... o.k. I feel better now. M e and my Papa agree that important people are born in July and May-I added May- but my Papa and my Memaw where born in J uly .      I love this picture even though I was only 8 or 9 when it was took  I was standing in the meadow next to my Grandmas house. Just last year they-the people that owned the meadow- turned it into a field it looks very depressing now...

I was running down to the goat barn this morning and I almost stepped on four ducklings, I ran back up to the house and told mama we all ran down to the barn Nathanial picked them up thy where so cute I wanted to squeeze them, but there is a very slim chance that they will make it through the winter.And I hope that Bluey there professional mother will protect them from the cold.
