I love playing my guitar, it's my hobby. I also like singing along... The Love of God (probably one of my faves) I'd Rather Have Jesus Wonderful Words of Life Little Moses What A Friend We Have in Jesus  Here are some more pics... I am hoping to get lessons this year, everything I know either mama taught me or I taught myself. I also enjoy playing folk songs, such as: Barbara Allen  John Riley Little Moses uuuummmm, I know more they just aren't coming to me. But sometimes I like just mixing chords together to make my own tune... Calling My Children Home That's another song I like to play. Barefoot Tootsies!! Dear readers, I was wondering what you would like to read about? I am currently having trouble figuring out what to write about. With your help I may be able to post more often, please choose one of the following subjects to help me. Thanks! Music...I play guitar by ear. Photography...one of my recent hobbies. Everyday life...the usual. Books...I love reading. Drawing...something I enjoy doing, but am not very good at. Writing...also not good at, but do enjoy it. School...not my favorite subject. Oh, I haven't written in forever, so I will fill ya'll in with the latest...First of all we don't have goats anymore :(( Second, summer farmers market is over...yay...we are doing the winter market this year. Third, I am 14 now...I don't know if I have mentioned that already or not...lol... Fourth, my braces are off...I know I have already said this but it's sooo exciting for me...now I have to wear this annoying contraption called a retainer, it is very irritating, it makes me lisp really bad. Fifth, I am starting on my 2ond year of high-school. Sixth, "...hhhhmmmm..." yep, our life is pretty dull...oh yeah and we are making a brick oven, I don't feel like explaining what that is so if your wondering...just google it... Seventh, I found my hobbies...playing guitar, taking walks, reading, eating...oh look someone didn't finish their food! "munch...gobble...crunch..." anyway...reading, drawing, watching movies...I will spare you more...

   West Virgina is very pretty, it is very hilly and there aren't any corn or bean fields, just forest and meadow.     It was hard getting used to no electricity. We had to save water until the next time it rained. I had to get used to battery powered MP3 player, phone and DVD player.   But it was lots of fun. And since where Memaw lived there is a back road that only four wheelers drive on, she let me drive the Subaru three miles three different times.      I also learned how to sew on the treadle sewing machine (the very same one that mama learned to sew on) and made two pillow cases.      I learned how to play the guitar better, and had a lesson on how to play the fiddle.     I spent a month at Memaw's. I learned a lot of new things, but I am glad to be home.
